DominoBirthday: 2017
Domino is gentle, human-friendly and fits in beautifully with the flock. She will even sit in your lap, and eat treats from your hand. She was rescued from an environment where she lost feathers due to overmounting and bullying. She was born to a school hatching project with an uncertain future, and in her first home she suffered frostbite. Now at our sanctuary, her regrowing feathers mark the start of her new comfortable life.

IvyBirthday: 2016
Ivy is a sensitive, shy little hen. When she arrived at the sanctuary with her sister, Quinn and Harley, she was the smallest of the bunch. They were all infested with lice and have toes that curl under - probably caused by poor nutrition as chicks. Of the three, she was in the worst condition. She was emaciated and weak. Now, with proper nutrition and medical care, she has put on weight and is thriving!

MazeBirthday: 2014
Maze is sweet and incredibly chill. This laid back girl came from a place with poor animal husbandry and negligence and her health has suffered for it. She has a chronic eye irritation that needs treated several times daily in order to keep her comfortable. We have high hopes that with enough TLC her eyes will fully heal. For all that she has suffered she really is a laid back, social girl.

DeckerBirthday: 2014
Decker has some health issues too as a result of her previous living conditions. She is a confident chicken who has a lot of traits you normally only see in roosters. Her tail is upturned in a way that looks like a young rooster, she has small spurs on her legs, and some mornings she crows! We love Decker's attitude. She likes to crawl under Maze and hide there when she's feeling insecure.
